Dr. Brian Keith Crownover, MD, FAAFP

A San Diego native, Dr. Crownover was commissioned through the USAF Academy in 1989 after graduating magna cum laude. He completed his Doctorate of Medicine degree at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Crownover finished residency training in Family Practice at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA, in 1996; he has been board certified in Family Medicine since.
